Event Design

Event design is the fundamental process that conceptualizes
the various production elements and melds them together in a
cohesive manner to communicate the desired message. We ask
the questions:
What message needs to be
communicated?

Who is the audience?
|
How can this be done?
|
Where can this happen?
|
Once the conceptualized, a theme can be developed that helps
communicate the message. A theme can start with a graphic
design, slogan, or traditional theme like “Hollywood Nights”
or “Night of 1,000 Stars”. Video, Décor, Food, Music,
Lighting, Scenic and Floral carry the theme from concept to
“reality”. Other processes like site selections, agenda
development, budgeting, and viability studies also play an
important role in the Spectrum Productions Event Design
